Vintage Menu: Fred Harvey - Crossroads Room at Dearborn Street Station, Chicago - Thomas Hart Benton - 1946

This is a great menu and has a wonderful painting from Thomas Hart Benton featuring a scene of harvesting “Sugar “Cane”, then menu is discolored, but I think adds to the overall patina. The menu is part of Fred Harvey’s esteemed “Eminent Artist Series”, is a rare collection of menus that beautifully merges the culinary with artistic sophistication.
