Planning your Meal

These turkeys (half) after smoking weight between 6LBs and 7LBS. We always strive to give you the best weight, the price is based on the 6LB weight. Keep in mind that there are bones and these are part of the weight.

When planning how many turkey halves you need, assume that each person will be served around 6 ounces with all of the other traditional fixings for the holiday. If you are planning on the turkey being a centerpiece, assume 8 ounces per person...

• 14  Servings per person as part of the whole holiday meal
• 8 Servings per person for a centerpiece meal. 

PICKUP: Pickup at our Casa, located in South Seattle and instructions for pickup on November 22nd-24th (between 9am-5pm) and will be emailed to you. You can set your date with us after the pickup date that is convenient for you!
