We don’t rush perfection. Our chicken undergoes a meticulous process to build complex layers of flavor right down to the bone:

The Foundation: We begin with a traditional dry brine of coarse salt and cracked black pepper to draw out moisture and concentrate the meat's natural savory notes.

Serving Size: These are substantial halves. One serving is generally considered a hearty main serving for one person and you should plan to split and each half serves 2 people.
