True pulled pork cannot be rushed. Our process begins with premium, bone-in Boston butt pork shoulder. Before it ever hits the pit, we inject it deep into the muscle with apple juice and our proprietary seasoning blend, ensuring moisture and flavor penetrate every fiber.
It is then smoked low-and-slow for hours over hardwood embers until it achieves the perfect level of fall-apart tenderness and develops a rich, savory bark.
After an essential rest period to ensure maximum juiciness, we hand-pull the pork into large, succulent chunks—preserving the meat's natural texture rather than shredding it into mush. It’s finished with a final light dusting of seasoning and panned up for you. We deliver it in rustic chunks, giving you the chef's choice to serve it as-is for a hearty texture, or chop it further for a finer sandwich consistency.

Sandwich Portions: For standard-sized sandwiches, plan for approximately 5-6 servings per pound, we include 5 buns per pound.
