Our Smoked Baby Back Ribs are lightly dry brined with with Lawry's, sea salt and pepper. Then we add dusting of our Memphis seasoning and slow smoke to perfection!

Planning your Meal

There a 3 serving's of 4 rib bones per rack and I usually plan for this as a main meal. If you have other items, you can serve 2 racks per person and I plan for 6 people per rib rack.

PICKUP: We offer two options...

OPTION #1: Pickup at our Casa, located in South Seattle and instructions for pickup on August 23rd-24th, 2024 (between 9am-5pm) and will be emailed to you. You can set your date with us after the pickup date that is convenient for you!

OPTION #2: Pickup at Microsoft on August 26th, 2024 (between 11am-1pm) in Redmond and instructions for pickup and will be emailed to you.
