Charcuterie board

Salami and pepperoni alongside a trio of cheeses — sharp cheddar, smoked gouda, pepper jack — with crackers and sliced baguette for the build. Olives, mixed nuts, and grapes fill the gaps. Whole-grain mustard, honey, and our house fig jam on the side.

Fresh fruit board

Strawberries, pineapple, melon, and grapes with in-season apples and satsumas. Honey-lime yogurt dip in the center.

Smoked carrot & curried cauliflower skewers — Vegan

Carrots smoked over oak until they give, cauliflower tossed in our curry rub and charred, threaded two to a skewer. Served with smoked hummus sauce, cilantro, and lime.

Smoked chicken thigh skewers

Air-chilled thighs in the house dry rub, smoked low and slow, finished with A’bama BBQ Sauce — our take on Alabama white, with cracked black pepper and a horseradish bite. Scallion on top.
