Our Kurobuta bacon is smoky, lighted salted with a country brown sugar sweet flavor from the light cure and our special hardwood smoke.

Known for its luxurious flavor, high degree of marbling and exceptional tenderness, Berkshire Kurobuta pork is considered to be the Wagyu of Pork. Berkshire Kurobuta pork is famed by discerning foodies for its outstanding texture, flavor and juiciness, bringing an unmatched depth of flavor not found in typical pork varieties.

This bacon is produced from 100% heritage Berkshire hogs and we handcraft the entire process from the curing, smoking and packaging. Thick sliced to your specifications.

PICKUP: We offer two options...

OPTION #1: Pickup at our Casa, located in South Seattle and instructions for pickup on December 14th-15th, 2024 (between 9am-5pm) and will be emailed to you. You can set your date with us after the pickup date that is convenient for you!

OPTION #2: Pickup at Microsoft on December 16th, 2024 (between 11am-1pm) in Redmond and instructions for pickup and will be emailed to you.
