EQUIPMENT, ETC. PROVIDED ON SITE:

  • Aluminum Serving Containers & Stands
  • Serving Utensils
  • Icing down of all food, SafeServ protocols
  • Sauces: Squeeze bottles
  • Cambro for hot food
  • Delivery and Pickup of Equipment
  • Oak for the Smoker. On a cold day I can burn a 100 bucks in wood :)
