Our Kurobuta bacon is smoky, lighted salted with a country brown sugar sweet flavor from the light cure and our special hardwood smoke.

OPTION #1: Pickup at our Casa, located in South Seattle and instructions for pickup on December 20th-21st, 2023 (between 9am-5pm) and will be emailed to you. You can set your date with us after the pickup date that is convenient for you!

Perfect smoked bacon, great taste. Worked awesome in bean and bacon soup or by itself, wish I would have bought more.
Everything is better with bacon, but this bacon was simply AMAZING. While I thoroughly enjoyed it in my BLT, I confess I had *more than a few* slices just by themselves. With just the right amount of salt, amazing flavor and baked to a bit crispy texture like I prefer, it was an experience! I was planning to share with my family - but too late! I ate it! They will have to wait for the next batch!
