4th of July Smoked Meat Sale #12 - St. Louis Pork Ribs

We are doing a full smoke featuring Smoked Beef Brisket, Pork Ribs (St. Louis Style) and Pulled Pork.

How to Order Ribs

The options are as follows…

• Whole Rack Ribs ($28.00)
• 1/2 Rack Ribs (15.00)

RIBS

Our Smoked Baby Back Ribs are lightly dry brined with with Lawry's, sea salt and pepper. Then we add dusting of our Memphis seasoning and slow smoke to perfection!

Planning your Meal

There a 3 serving's of 4 rib bones per rack and I usually plan for this as a main meal. If you have other items, you can serve 2 racks per person and I plan for 7 people per rib rack.

Includes 1 bottle of our BBQ Sauce (Per every 4 racks)

PICKUP: We offer two options...

OPTION #1: Pickup at our Casa, located in South Seattle and instructions for pickup on July 2nd, 2023 (between 9am-5pm) and will be emailed to you. You can set your date with us after the pickup date that is convenient for you!

OPTION #2: Pickup at Microsoft on July 3rd, 2023 (between 11am-1pm) in Redmond and instructions for pickup and will be emailed to you.
